Kenneth R. Finn D.M.D.
Dr. Ken Finn earned his degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and also the School of Education in 1977. He completed a General Practice Residency at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. The Academy of General Dentistry awarded him his Mastership in 2003. Dr. Finn continues to pursue advanced education, especially through active membership in the New England Masters Study Club. He is trained and certified in Invisalign and ClearCorrect (invisible braces) Dr. Finn is also certified in MDI and miniMark Implant Replacement along with oral sedation. Dr. Finn is a true master at cosmetic dentistry, whether it is cosmetic contouring, veneers, crowns or bridges. When it comes to a patient's smile he is a perfectionist and always fabricates the best dentistry while working closely with top dental labs throughout the United States. Dr Finn has attended several short-term missions to Peru, Guatemala and Dominican Republic. When Dr. Finn is not practicing dentistry he spends his time with his wife and family. He especially enjoys spending time with his young grandchildren and has a passion for woodworking.

Eileen graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting . In Boston, she worked for Kazmaier Associates, and Samson Ocean Systems before marrying Dr. Finn more 30 years ago. After moving to Simsbury, Connecticut she worked as a corporate accountant in Barclays American Business Credit in East Hartford for a several years before making the decision to stay home and raise their two sons. In addition to managing the practice Eileen would be the person to speak to in regards to any office marketing ideas and/or personal business inquires. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, along with gardening. Eileen and her husband are also very active in their local church. Eileen can be reached at the office or via e-mail.
Front Desk Coordinator
As Front Desk Coordinator, Agnes serves as a liaison between Dr. Finn and his patients. She has a vast knowledge of dental insurance, and is always happy to answer any inquiries in regards to claims, benefits, enrollment or eligibility. Also she can answer any questions patients may have with regard to billing or financial arrangements.
Agnes grew up in Poland, graduating from the Polish University of English Philology, with a Bachelor’s Degree in teaching English as a Second Language. She is an accomplished teacher in Special Education, Language Pathology and ESL Education. She moved to the United States 10 years ago and has been working in the dental field ever since.
Agnes loves spending time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy traveling as a family to see America. On weekends, Agnes works as a teacher in the Polish Language School in New Britain. She is also a certified legal Polish Interpreter for the State of Connecticut.
Registered Dental Hygienist, BSDH, M.Ed
Kelly is a graduate of Tunxis Community College, Northern Arizona University, and The University of Hartford. Kelly has over 30 years experience in dentistry as a practicing dental hygienist. She maintains memberships in the American Dental Hygiene Association, Connecticut Dental Academy of Periodontology, and the Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures. She has been a clinical instructor and educational assistant for the Dental Hygiene program at Tunxis and continues to share her passion for dental hygiene by mentoring students in the Dental Hygiene program. She is currently a part-time instructor for the dental hygiene program at Lincoln Technical Institute in Southington, CT. Donating her time and skills she is a 5 year volunteer with CT.com (Mission of Mercy) and a member of DIRT (disaster training). Associated with Dr. Finn for eight years, Kelly's strengths include soft tissue management and periodontal therapies. She possesses the valuable ability to make even the most anxious patient feel comfortable.
Patrice is a long-time Connecticut resident, having been born in Hartford, CT and growing up in Windsor. She is a 2004 graduate from Windsor High school and went on to further her education at Manchester Community College where she majored in Allied Health and received her Associates Degree in 2010. From early on Patrice always had a fascination with dentistry which inspired her to enroll in the American Career Institute Dental Assisting Program where she achieved her goal of becoming a CDA (certified dental assistant). She has gained certification by DANB in Radiology and Infection Control as well as training and a certificate in Invisalign (clear braces). Having over 4 years experience in the dental field, Patrice provides the most cutting edge and contemporary clinical assistance to Dr. Finn and his patients. She is very reassuring and informative when it comes to explaining dental care to a patient and is always available to answer any clinical questions a patient might have. In her spare time Patrice enjoys spending time with her son Kameron; further down the road she strives to continue her education in dentistry.
Lorrie Little, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lorrie is a graduate of Tunxis Community College and is in the process of furthering her education. She has worked for 17 years in the dental field, starting as a dental assistant; she has been a registered dental hygienist for the last 10 years. Lorrie is also certified in anesthesia. Her strengths include having a gentle and thorough technique while making her patients feel comfortable.
Donating her time and skills, Lorrie volunteers with the Connecticut Mission of Mercy, demonstrates oral hygiene to young children in nearby elementary schools. ALSO, Lorrie walks every year for Susan Komen Breast Cancer Awareness. Lorrie also likes to do the Mud Run and the Color Run for fun.
